Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a

Senior Civil Engineer VI - Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to be located in the

Milwaukee, Wisconsin office . This is an exciting opportunity to become engaged in one of the leading civil engineering firms in the world with opportunities to apply your skills to projects within our community and across the globe.

The ideal candidate is a leader in water infrastructure engineering with a focus on civil elements. Projects include: pipelines, pump stations, water resources, water treatment, wastewater treatment, collections, storage, conveyance, distribution, hydraulics, hydrology, groundwater, reclaimed water, storm water, modeling, planning, operations and maintenance.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS + 10 YORE or AA/AS (US) + 12 YORE or Diploma/Certificate (Canada) + 12 YORE or HS/GED + 14 YORE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.)

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven Project Management experience

  • 10+ years of experience relevant to water, wastewater, conveyance and/or water resource projects

  • Knowledge of water quality modeling and water quantity modeling (HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, XPSWMM, Mike Urban, HydroCAD, etc).

  • Knowledge of GIS and CAD software.

  • Experience in presenting projects to local government bodies and committees.

  • Experience in presenting projects at public information meetings and public involvement.

  • Experience with project management requirements and systems

  • Experience or interest in business operations and internal finance

  • Good understanding of local and regional markets, and ability to support marketing efforts in pursuing work
