Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead all aspects of engineering design works (hydrology and drainage, water and wastewater)

  • Provide technical inputs for water/wastewater design and consulting assignments

  • Provide accurate and professionally responsible outputs on program and on budget

  • Coordinate between project team members, clients, government agencies, design institutes, and other stakeholders to facilitate project implementation

  • Participate in technical proposal preparation, prepare tender documents and tendering assistance

  • Carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures, report any potential risk and problem to immediate supervisor

  • Conduct project research program

  • Supervise junior engineers in terms of work allocation, training, and problem resolution

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree holder in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Water Resources, Municipal Engineering and other related majors.

  • Professional Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer recognized in Hong Kong, United Kingdom, United States, or other professional qualifications similar equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years post-professional qualification technical design experience in all aspects of civil, environmental, mechanical or electrical engineering works (hydrology and drainage, water and wastewater design)

  • Strong oral and writing abilities in both Chinese (Cantonese and / or Putonghua) and English

  • Strong sense of leadership and accountability

  • Results-oriented and client-focused

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems and propose solutions

  • Self-motivated with high personal drive for achieving targets and business goals

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
