The AECOM B+P team based out of Roanoke, Virginia needs a talented Architect to join our team.

The PM will be responsible for the day to day project and client management for multi- discipline architectural and engineering design services for buildings and facilities projects and teams from the initial planning through construction phase.

  • Work with the project Principal-in-Charge throughout all phases of the project to obtain client satisfaction and financial project performance.

  • In conjunction with the Principal-in-Charge, successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project(s).

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to communications with clients and project teams which will include public agencies, development and management of project schedules and budgets, and quality assurance.

  • May include management of teams across business lines, in remote locations and/or management of subcontractors.

  • Other responsibilities include business development and marketing support for proposals and presentations.

  • Portfolio of work across a wide variety of project sizes with a focus on Department of Defense work.

  • Facilitates team communication, coordination and collaboration to support assigned projects

Minimum Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience

  • Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect

  • U.S. Citizen

  • Project management experience on full service architectural engineering projects for the U.S. Department of Defense

  • 5+ years as managing multi-discipline architectural engineering building and facilities projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • LEED Accreditation a plus

  • PMP Certification a plus.

  • Security Clearance a plus.
