AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the EAGLE contract for a Reports Coordinator - TPE - .
Responsible for researching and collecting all necessary data in the different phases of supply, and quality processes. Ensures completeness, accuracy and integrity of data collected within GCSS-A. Ensures documents are in accordance with Army regulations. Ensure hand receipts accurately reflect GCSS-A entries; and retrieve all supporting documents to ensure no erroneous posting. Maintains records and historical files and manages Hand Receipts in accordance with Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by department. Prepares detailed reports, presentations, and flow charts. Identifies any potential stop points or trends and provide possible solutions or courses of action.Collects and distributes data as necessary. Duties may vary contingent on assigned department. Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.
Active Secret / Tier 3
GCSS-Army Certification required for US Citizens
Valid driver’s license required
Must have 1-3 years’ experience in logistics and analysis
Must have 1-3 years of property book experience required
Knowledgeable and highly skilled in the use and operation of Global Combat Support System- Army
Must have familiarization with AR 735-5, AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1
Must possess a strong understanding of DA and DD Forms
Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.
Knowledge/experience with Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) and Global Combat Support System–Army (GCSS-Army)
Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment
Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is required
Must have a high level of proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, and other compliance programs.
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification is desirable with an emphasis in Excel
Must have knowledge of supply and quality performance processes
Must be able to provide possible solutions to the processes and trends identified
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Associates Degree preferred
US Army 92Y or 92A preferred
