Job Summary

AECOM has an opening for an Inventory Clerk/Supply Technician at our Springfield, VA location. Duties include inventory management activities such as accountable property database records management, property issue and receipt control. The selected candidate will track items and segregate them by ownership through the records maintained in the accountable property database. The selected candidate will also ensure all property is controlled through a receipt and issue process that complies with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD Regulations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Active, fully adjudicated Top Secret security clearance is required.

  • A minimum of three (3) years work in property management is required.

  • ?Administration of the ETID program as it relates to accountable property management.

  • Process accountable property documentation such as editing, deleting, transferring, and issuing hand receipts.

  • Conduct annual inventories of all accountable property IAW prescribed procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office and database skills

  • Five (5) years work experience in the area of Property Management

  • Possess a valid State Driver’s License , pass driving record (MVR) check
