Job Summary

Seeking an Professional Engineer (P.E) with experience in environmental health and safety program management experience to support environmental health and safety programs for the Air National Guard at a programmatic level.

At minimum,the ideal candidate will have experience administering and developing the following environmental health and safety program elements for an industrial clients in accordance federal, state, and local regulations:

  • Developing SWPPP and SPCC Plans,

  • Storage Tank Management Plans,

  • Developing Facility Response Plans,

  • Developing Pollution Prevention plans,

  • Developing Community right-to-know/ EPCRA 313 Reports

  • Developing AEIs and PTEs

  • EHS compliance auditing

The candidate must be able to contribute to the team as an advisor, i.e. mentoring junior staff and training clients scenarios. Travel is required 25%.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Professional Engineer License is required.

Must be able to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience developing Environmental, Health + Safety Programs for the Dept. of Defense.
