Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a Material Handler II to join our team supporting DHS (Department of Human Services) in Alexandria, VA

A Material Handler II performs physical tasks to receive, stock, store, pack and ship IT equipment.

Duties involve one or more of the following:

  • Manually loading or unloading freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices

  • Unpacking, shelving, or placing items in proper storage locations

  • Transporting goods by hand truck, cart or wheelbarrow

  • Enter in data into inventory management system

  • Produce work and inventory reports

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

2 years’ experience.

Must be able to pass a DHS background
