Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and acts as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
Accountable for all facets of the project and constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
10+ years of project management experience in architecture experience covering all aspects of building design – survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration
AECOM PM Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Demonstrate enthusiasm, are highly motivated and detail oriented with a strong background managing complex client development programs
Well organized and adept at multi-tasking working with master agreements and multiple task orders
Ability to manage and or direct project staff
Must be proficient in AutoCad 2010 (or higher version) and Revit experience is preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Project
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate will be required to document and present work in a clear and concise manner
Excellent technical and relationship building skills are required
Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants
Must possess a valid driver’s licenses
RA or PE License
Strong knowledge of American Disabilities Act/American Barriers Act
Management experience on BIM projects highly desirable
Experience working in large and complex projects/programs
Experience with government agencies/projects
Understanding of the pre-development efforts associated with civic and government buildings
Management experience with P3, Design Build and other Alternative Delivery projects
