Job Summary
AECOM is seeking a Technology Solutions Manager in Austin, Texas. Job responsibilities include:
Provides solutions to client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of client business practices and goals.
Develops work plans and task definitions, participates in data collection, and helps to develop solutions to client problems with a focus on financial analysis and capital investment.
Leads and mentors team of consultants and/or other staff.
Minimum Requirements
BA/BS + 8 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of professional experiences including 5 years of management and business development experience
Experience in GIS, data solutions for multiple disciplines, project development, business development
Experience in leading and mentoring staff to develop a highly-responsive, creative, high-morale workforce
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work in a politically sensitive environment and convey complex and technical information to the client and the public
Excellent writing skills to deliver business proposals, project plans etc.
Demonstrated experiences in GIS application development, database design, and IT management and integration
Experience in enterprise and spatial software including ArcGIS, MicroStation, Revit, FME, SDE, Sequel Server, Oracle, and GPS systems.
