Job Summary
We are looking for high caliber professional to join our Hong Kong Business in Building Engineering. To be successful in the role, you will require:
Demonstrated design and project management experience working on building structures projects preferable with relevant experience in PRC project
Able to lead a team to complete design in a timely manner
Experience in dealing with Statutory Submission
Undertake and project-manage structures engineering schemes from feasibility through to detailed design
Client liaison and the production of tenders, including quality documentation and costings
Experience in the use of structural software including those are commonly used in PRC projects
Be creative and understand the architectural and client drivers
Occasionally travel to PRC for project and design meeting
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in design and/or supervision of building foundation, basement excavation and construction, and structural works and corresponding experience for PRC Projects. Candidate with lesser experience or qualification will be considered for Engineer post
Proven design and project management experience delivering to quality, time and budget
Previous exposure with clients, together with major contractors
Good understanding of statutory submission procedures and requirements including PRC projects
Good personal effectiveness and time management
Hong Kong and Overseas project experience would also be an advantage
Experience in BIM (Revit) is an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in Civil / Structural Engineering.
MHKIE or equivalent
First Class Registered Structural Engineer Qualification (PRC) ??????????????????
