Job Summary

  • Works on legal matters.

  • Reviews and/or prepares business agreements and contracts.

  • Provides counsel regarding collateral matters arising in connection with business transactions.

  • Identifies and protects the business interests and objectives of the company, and minimizes the risk of loss or liability.

  • Represents the company in judicial and administrative litigation communication with outside law firms.

  • May manage the review all contracts, bids, and contract-related services during contract performance.

  • Participates and/or leads negotiations between the company and its client.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
