AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Water Engineer for employment in the in the Stevens Point WI office and support other regional offices. AECOM is searching for candidates that have the ability to be a role model, be client-focused, be impactful and be decisive. The engineer will work in the AECOM Water Business unit on various water projects including but not limited to municipal water master planning, hydraulic systems, pumps and pipe design, cost estimate, project scheduling, planning and feasibility.

Perform assignments requiring application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out engineering tasks. Assignments are designed to further develop judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.
Exercise judgment limited to developing details of work in making preliminary selections and adaptations of engineering alternatives
Prepare engineering related calculations and develop drawings and visual aids
Prepare figures within ArcGIS
Work under supervision of a project manager or senior level team member
Bachelor degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering or related field.
Educational emphasis on hydraulic systems, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or similar fields
Basic knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (CAD, GIS, hydraulic analysis, process modeling)
Due to the nature of this position, US Citizenship is required
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
2 years relevant experience
Capable of supporting multiple projects at a time and meet project schedules
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software
Technical experience related to water process engineering or hydraulic analysis - WaterCAD, WaterGEMS, H2OMap, H2ONext, EPANet, Infowater
