Job Summary

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the

EAGLE contract for a

Master Supply Technician-RH . The Technician leads the augment units in the following areas; receiving, inspecting, inventory, loading/unloading, segregating, storing, issuing, delivering and turn-in organizational and installation supplies and equipment. GAP Solutions Master Supply Technicians will augment units with property book reconciliations and adjustments, hand receipts builds, sub-hand receipts, component hand receipts, shortage annexes, filing systems, and all things related to Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) at the Unit level. Master Supply Technician will generate post transactions and update property adjustments in PBUSE in coordination with Property Book Officer Approval, the Master Supply Technician will prepare and process. Administrative Adjustment Reports (DA Form 4949).Provide copies of property adjustments as necessary as historical documentation. Complete outstanding Unit lateral transfers when required with approval of the Unit Commander and Property Book Officer. Conduct logistical research using STAMIS via LOGSA and or LIW. Assist units with merging / splitting and transferring of property books, augment cyclic and sensitive item inventories per regulation and assist units in acquiring and expediting supplies from approved source. Ensure equipment transfers into and out of PBUSE are correct, accurate and in accordance with policies and regulations prior to accepting any equipment. Ensure Supply Technicians are professional, technical sound in unit property procedures, and possess strong customer services skills. Ensure our PAAT members are meeting unit requirements and will review our team’s performance in the field to ensure our PAAT is providing quality service. Responsible for other administrative duties (scheduling, reports, timesheets, etc.) as required. Competent, trained and capable of effectively operating PBUSE to GCSS-A. Initiate research to process and determine disposition instructions for standard and nonstandard equipment. Maintain a consistent data integrity rate of 90% of all transactions conducted. Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of college and vice versa.

  • 10 years of experience with Army Unit Property Accountability processes is preferred

  • Proficient with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) and Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and

  • GCSS-A. Certificate is required for PBUSE.

  • Strong knowledge of regulations, local policies and DA PAMS.

  • Proficient with PBUSE, LIW and other Army STAMIS Property Book Office Management experience preferred

  • Must be able to favorably complete customer and company background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • U.S. Army 92A or 92Y preferred.

  • Experience as a Unit Supply Specialist is preferred.
