Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an resource Project Manager for immediate employment to support a Energy & Power projects in our client's office in Los Angeles, Ca. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

  • Local expert on providing project management leadership in the management of Transmission & Distribution area, often for a district.

  • Keeps informed of new developments and requirements and supports in project managing tasks.

  • Manages cost and schedule for projects.

  • Responsible for risk and quality process compliance.

  • Develops cost, schedule, and risk reports for management review.

  • Proactively develops corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Level Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:

  • Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,

  • Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,

  • Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.

  • Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).

  • Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.

  • Manages other Project Managers.

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (Electrical or Civil) preferred

  • PE preferred

  • ePM certified preferred
