Performs administrative activities in accordance with applicable technical orders, USAF directives, MOI’s and management instructions. Assists the branch superintendents and personnel in consolidating logistics inputs. Performs task under minimum supervision.
Performs clerical duties/functions.
Maintains/posts time sheets and exception reporting as required.
Prepares, suspenses’s, maintains/files and/or verifies entries for accuracy of forms, reports, correspondence and make distribution as required.
Requisitions and maintains supplies as required.
Provides automated documentation as required.
Follows technical data, manuals, regulations, and other maintenance directives as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
Working knowledge of applicable USAF technical orders is desired. Familiarity with the preparation of documents necessary for aircraft/engine maintenance reporting is desired. Knowledge of filing& requisitioning publications, technical orders and forms is desirable.
A working knowledge of USAF administrative procedures is desirable and record keeping procedures.
Experience & Education
Completion of high school or equivalent is required. Completion of specialized courses is desired. The ability to read and write and to comprehend technical instruction is desired.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment
Good computer, verbal, and written skills are required. Must be able to lift weight up to 35 lbs. Possession of a valid driver’s license is necessary to obtain flight line driving privileges.
