The Integration and Test (I&T) Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead on the Surveillance Radar Program (SRP) will be responsible for the detailed planning and execution of I&T tasks on the program. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Cost and schedule management of all I&T tasks
  • Regular interfacing with the customer and subcontractors
  • Management of a technical team at various locations to successfully execute I&T scope


Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of Systems Engineering and/or System Integration, Verification & Validation experience, of which 6 years must have been in a leadership role (e.g. IPT Lead, CPT Lead, Section Manager, Project Manager, Test Director, etc.)
  • Experience preparing both technical and cost proposals, and conducting critical review of proposals
  • Ability to support domestic and international travel
  • Experience leading a technical team, execution of technical, cost, and schedule performance
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, oral presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to interface with customers and lead technical solutions to complex user requirements
  • Previous experience supporting proposal efforts
  • Required: This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance. Except in rare circumstances, only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.


Desired Skills:

  • Prior Early Warning Radar (EWR) experience
  • Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System or similar budget tracking system)
  • Experience with Raytheon’s Proposal Capture Process (development of compliant Basis of Estimates, and White Sheet Development)
  • Experience with the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
  • Familiarity with IPDS, internal reviews, and gate reviews
  • Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration, Verification, and/or Validation
  • Familiarity with domestic and/or international military customer structures
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration


Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related curriculum
