Job Summary
Conagra Brands is seeking an Associate Supply Planner for the Sandwich Bros. of Wisconsin, LLC plant located in Milwaukee, WI. The Associate Supply Planner oversees inventory and supply planning responsibilities for assigned plants and/or co-packers. Maintains capacity plans, production schedules and/or finite schedules to ensure the efficient delivery of inventory, service and cost objectives. For some locations/plants, responsibilities may also include inventory stock transfer/replenishment responsibilities. Identifies ways to improve supply planning processes and tools for assigned areas. Provides supply planning expertise to the commercialization of new products or resolution of key inventory shortage issues. Entry level related experience.
Position Responsibilities
Schedules and monitors production plans for select operational areas as assigned
Works closely with plant Supply Planner to verify correct data entry and execution of production plan.
Works closely with plant Material Planners to assure a correct and workable production plan is in place that provides for best use of plant assets while generating green customer service and working capital metrics
Problem solves supply and production problems, ensuring seamless customer service to plant partners and end use customers
Learns and actively participates in all plant and department activities DDS meetings, safety events and others as required.
Works closely with corporate planners to assure plant metric targets are met while providing customer service that supports the brands.
Actively participates in all department pillar activities including training, learning events, development and innovation activities.
Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all other LSC functions.
Creates and manages process orders for production.
Generates, validates and distributes weekly and period schedule adherence and attainment reports
Other duties and activates as needed.
Position Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
0 - 2 years related experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel, required
SAP experience, preferred
