Job Summary

Nuclear Waste Partnership, an LLC of AECOM, is seeking a

Work Control AR Screener/Expeditor to be based in our Carlsbad, New Mexico location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for screening all new work (Action Requests (AR)) as it is entered into the CHAMPS CMMS system to validate work, search for duplicate requests, ensure request is written against the correct asset ID, and present AR to the Senior Management team to score and prioritize work scope based on facility priority in accordance with WP 10WC-3011. The candidate will also work with facility planning, scheduling, and procurement to obtain and stage materials/supplies required to perform facility corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as administrative supplies, furniture and electronics. This function will be required to initiate purchase requisitions and execute credit card orders.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors of Science degree, or

  • Associates degree with four (4) years of related experience, or

  • High School Diploma or GED with eight (8) years of related experience is required. Experience with use of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required.

  • Due to the nature of work, candidates must be US Citizens.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems is desired.
