Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Project Designer for immediate employment in Boston, MA. This position will be responsible for client interface and developing and implementing project information for highly complex projects. This position involves initial planning concepts and follow thru with project documentation, team interface and coordination with engineering disciplines.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to those listed below:

  • Planning and designing complex projects that require an accurate drawings set

  • Coordination with consultants and engineering teams.

  • Working closely with the team to develop project information and putting together the project documentation.

  • Interfacing with the client

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with 4 plus years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

  • BIM, Revit, Auto Cadd/Adobe Creative Suite/Microsoft Office Suite Program

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and graphic representation of information.

  • Communication skills in a team setting

  • Mastery of applicable building codes and life safety codes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating projects that have complexity

  • General knowledge of building construction systems, constructability, and materials

  • Master Planning skills
