AECOM has a Contingent opening for a Program Integration Manager on our APS-5 contract in Kuwait.
Achieves Program objectives by integrating business, contract and manning operations, while incorporating cost reduction measures. Focuses on contract deliverables and contact cost performance. A primary contributor of information and recommendations for strategic planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the Program Manager in the management and coordination of the APS-5 Program and Core operations to ensure operating effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW), company policies and procedures, and the Program Manager’s objectives.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and increase efficiencies, evaluating and reviewing business opportunities, meeting with clients to discuss operational issues, negotiating contracts with vendors, and performing cost analyses.
Manages and coordinates the NATO solution recruiting efforts from Eastern Europe for APS-5 Kuwait/Qatar. Oversees and directs the OCONUS reception and integration of all new hires.
Works directly with CONUS recruiting and deployment teams to facilitate a flow of AN/UK new hires to the APS-5 Program.
Interfaces with government officials on varied issues and works to resolve operational issues and problems, including, but not limited to, participate in frequent discussions with ACC-RI, ASC Requirements Office, OCONUS COR and Executive Offices; provide proposal/ROM negotiation support; prepare briefing slides and brief customer in face-to-face meetings, etc.
Improves business operations and process efficiency, coordinates project implementation and provides senior management with regular progress reports. Outlines project plans, defines the deliverables, and makes sure that each phase of the program is completed within time and budget.
Provide oversight of the Program export licensing requirements, including DoS ITAR and DoC EAR BIS licensing requirements, and work directly with URS Government Compliance to ensure all export licensing is accurate.
Develops, writes, drafts and edits SOWs for potential teaming partners. Participates in subcontract and proposal price/fee negotiations; provide input for price analysis; maintain extensive historical files and data on life of contract.
Analyze project needs, assisting in the development of new programs and enhancement of current programs to meet the company mission and strategic goals. Interfaces with government officials on diverse issues and problems and works to resolve operational issues and problems.
Provides negotiation and development support for RFPs, Teaming Agreements and work share with potential subcontractors.
Provides supports as a technical writer for various proposal sections as requested. Interfaces with potential Teammates and Government representatives as requested.
Provides oversight of the APS-5 CONUS support employees.
Position will require travel and flexible work schedule.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree preferred. 10 years relevant experience can be substituted for Master’s degree.
Secret Security Clearance required.
Experience: 10-15 years of diverse management experience with excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills required. 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager required.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Must be proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook and other related applications
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively.

Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs
Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
