The Hardware Engineering Center Test Automation Department is made up of several disciplines whose main objective is to implement common test automation solutions for programs and capital projects.

We are currently a Senior Principal Systems Engineer to join our dynamic and growing engineering team. This position will report to the Test Automation Department, Electronic Warfare Section Manager.


Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10+ years of related work experience
  • Must be proficient in the use of standard MS Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Must have hands on experience working with military radar or other or ground based or airborne electronic System Test Equipment (STE)
  • Must have experience working with electronic test equipment, such as DVMs, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes,
  • Frequency analyzers and other basic tools.
  • Mechanical and electrical integration and modification or repair experience
  • Exposure to or direct experience working with CAD Programs (ORCAD, PRO-E or Mentor Graphics, etc.)
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Based Logistics (PBL) and / or Field Service Engineering repairing failed electronic systems, equivalent other / personal electronic trouble shooting experience
  • US Citizenship is required for DoD Clearance in first year of start date



Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with Raytheon PDM System
  • Must have good analytical skills
  • Soldier Certified
  • ALR-67 Program STE Development Experience

Required Education:
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or other related STEM engineering degree
