The Program Analyst will assist with the development of agendas, coordinate and distribute briefings for senior leadership, at the 4-star level, in order to promote program decisions by the RRL Integration Board (IB) and Executive Steering Committee (ESC). This positon will also conduct initial review of briefing materials provided for presentations to ensure uniformity of format, understanding of content and appropriateness for discussion in this form, in addition to the coordination among stakeholders to answer pre-brief quires and questions for individual presentations prepared by stakeholders clarifying content and ensuring understanding of the materials to be presented prior to the board meeting. Additional job responsibilities include the coordination of scheduling for RRL IB, ESC and other RRL related coordination meetings, recording and publishing minutes for RRL IB, ESC, and other RR related coordination meetings, and the dissemination of assigned tasks, tracking and reporting completion of tasking from RRL IS, ESC and other RRL related coordination meetings.
Education – Bachelor’s degree.
Years of experience – Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks - will have a minimum two (2) years of experience at Navy Echelon I, II, or III commands coordinating meetings assisting with the development of briefings and documentation.
Education Equivalency - Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in executive administration. Concurrent with the required minimum of five (5) years of experience performing same or similar tasks - two (2) years of experience with Navy experience.
Certifications None.
Skills / tools / programming competency / technical background – Microsoft Project, executive administration, meeting minutes, agendas, strong communications skills, decisive, focused, responsive in planning and completing tasks
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance – they have to have an active SECRET clearance to start
Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications: U.S. Navy experience in the FT/ET rating.
