Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project. Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as transportation, maintenance and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer. Troubleshoots problem areas in logistics and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solutions to management. Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance. Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract. Typically requires 3-5 years experience and completion of an undergraduate degree.


Responsible for maintaining all food administration, accounting, and records up keep in accordance with the ARMY regulation TB MED 530. Possess the ability to order, receipt, and store and maintain accountability of all class one subsistence items. Work with the ARMY Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic system (STORES). Be familiar with the following ARMY regulations: TB MED 530, AR 30-22, DA PAM 30-22, and USAREUR 28 DAY CONOPS menu and TM 10-412 Armed forces recipe cards. Conduct weekly and monthly inventories and close out each accounting period no more than 3% over or 10% under. Must be able to obtain a U.S Armed Forces CAC card for contracting personnel. Must have a U.S. Driver�¢����s License. Must be able to obtain a Serv-Safe certification and be food service medically cleared upon arrival.


Must have or be able to obtain a NAC-I
Proficient in the use of the AFMIS and STORES systems
Must be able to multi task and work with little or no supervision
Must have good leadership skills and the ability to make informed decisions
Must be able to understand and comply with various military regulations, Army regulations and, SOPs
Possess a valid driver�¢����s license
Experienced in computer database management (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to obtain Bulgarian work permit VISA


Previous Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) and Subsistence Total Order and Receipt Electronic System (STORES) experience
Proficient in utilizing office equipment, programs, and spreadsheets utilized in reporting daily workload data.
