AECOM is actively seeking an Entry-level Transportation Construction Manager for employment in Oakland, CA.AECOM is pleased to include you in a unique development opportunity, the Graduate Development Program (GDP). This program is designed to support your assimilation into the organization and assist with creating a foundation of knowledge for a successful career at AECOM. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Performs specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer

• Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures

• Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests

• Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered

• Identifies discrepancies in results

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required

• Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software

• Basic knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as CADD, HCS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS, Hydrologic/Hydraulic models)
