Owns and reviews the prioritization of SAP notifications (ensure AM defects are being addressed)
Plans maintenance work using “SIMPTWW” (Safety, Information, Materials, People, Tools, Where, When)
Develops and updates 52 week maintenance plan for line or lines in the Cell
Ensures all work is done, critiqued, and work plans updated or revised as necessary including ensuring part/material readiness and completed within allotted time.
Tracks and reports maintenance indicator results and in process measures and develops improvement plans
Leads Breakdown analysis events including metrics and triggers.
Owns The DMS’s (Defect Handling, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination) on the line or lines.
Plan and all schedule all the maintenance work and confirms priorities in the DDS meeting with the line team.
Provides training/coaching to operating teams on the execution of maintenance tasks
Ability work overtime and a flexible schedule to allow access on from all three shifts.
High School or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years experience with continuous improvement
Minimum of 7 years of maintenance experience
Strong understanding of manufacturing unit operations
Exposure to productivity/continuous improvement methodology in previous positions
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Strong statistics, data modeling/analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - both formal and informal including ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
Strong computer competency required - proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.Word, Excel, etc.
Ambitious self-starter with ability to work with minimal direction
Change agent with ability to develop and implement new systems
Flexible and able to work well in a team environment
Proficient problem solving skills
Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
Comfortable working in manufacturing environment
