Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an Operations Manager in Saint Louis. Job responsibilities include:

  • Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and to company standards.

  • Provides periodic progress reports to senior management.

  • Has financial and project management responsibilities for the project.

  • Responsible for the creation of work plans and task definitions, oversees data collection and develops solutions to business/client problems with a focus on financial analysis and improvement.

  • May provide solutions to business/client challenges developed from a foundation of understanding or analysis of business practices and goals.

  • May lead/mentor team of consultants and/or other staff.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in management or supervision of staff

  • Skilled in technical writing, management team presentations, spreadsheet analysis, and interoffice communications

  • Competent in MS O365 products

  • Effective in task delegation in real-time and priority management

  • Time management experience

  • Flexible schedule (relates to a 24/7/365 operation)

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license>

  • BA/BS + 8 Year of related experience OR demonstrated the equivalency of experience and/or education

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management experience

  • Geographic familiarity with regional freeway system and arterial roads

  • Associates Degree
