This 10-12 week internship program is designed to empower growth by exploring the dynamic nature of the defense industry throughout three functions- Procurement, Logistics and Operations. Your summer will be focused in one of the three main functional areas, while simultaneously working a summer capstone project which will be presented to leadership to end your summer. Throughout the summer, you will be able to expand your knowledge of the Supply Chain as a whole while also gaining unprecedented exposure to leadership along the way.
Throughout this experience you’ll have opportunities to meet face-to-face with other rotational program participants, engage with monthly guest speakers and senior leaders on topics of innovation, leadership and technology, work towards your Raytheon 6Sigma Specialist certification, and connect through an individual mentorship program. Our ultimate goal is to bring great talent to Raytheon. All interns will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role at Raytheon.
Candidate must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in the area of Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Political Science, or a closely related field. A GPA of 3.0+ is strongly desired. Please include your transcript with your resume. You must have obtained Senior status as of Summer 2020 (expected graduation in Fall of 2020 or Spring 2021).
