Raytheon IIS seeks a Cyber engineer to be responsible for designing and implementing secure features on a large development project. This work will be focused around authentication and certificates, including acquiring JITC/DoD certificates through AFPKI, using/generating multiple certificate files to support application software (using java keystores, SSL properties files, etc.). In addition, the role includes engineering/designing/integrating Windows and Linux smartcard authentication in support of the project. Development and/or maintenance of design and configuration documentation is part of this role as well; documents will describe PKI, Security Tools, and other Cyber design elements. The overall project consists of several complex compute environments that form the backbone for the operation deployment of a critical, strategic national asset. This position may require some on call support and overtime.
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering and 4 years of related work experience.
