Shift: Primarily 1st shift
Position Responsibilities:
Ability to work in a safe manner
Follow all GMP’s and USDA guidelines
Leads the CIL & Centerlines activities for the designated lines to include standard development, training, and sustainment
Collaborate with team to gather, track, analyze data to drive corrective action measures
Leads root cause problem solving efforts on key loses for the area
Owns the integrity of the Line Event Data Systems (LEDS) for the area
Support & Lead the continuous and focused improvement processes within the area
Train, Coach and Mentor team members in area
Participate in the development, implementation and sustaining of training documentation for all team members
Able to achieve target level proficiency on Process Lead Step up Card
Ability to present and disseminate information to senior leadership team
May be required to move from one shift to another to gain exposure to all areas of plant
Owns process lead responsibilities across all shifts
What You Need to Succeed:
Proven ability to lead, influence, train, coach and mentor teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Positive attitude
Ability to work without supervision, as well as lead and be part of a team
Problem solving, analytical
Passion to learn and to teach others
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Two or more years of experience in an engineering related role
The ability to approach others to seek understanding and clearly communicate complex information across levels and functions
Skills Required to Obtain:
Knowledge of LEDS
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Programs
Knowledge of the ConAgra Performance Systems Pillar Structure
Ability to successfully set and managing multiple priorities
Ability to analyze data and create improvement plan
