The Raytheon ReLaunch program is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Material Requisitioner) that will process requests from internal customers. They will perform a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the purchasing workflow. They will be creating, analyzing, and reconciling data. The role also will be investigating inconsistencies, determining and communicating impacts to affected individuals, and initiating corrective actions. This includes creating material not retained in SAP prior to data being entered in to purchase requisition screens for purchases direct to contract and possess the insight to accurately identify material per commodity.
As well as ensuring that data/information required is complete, accurate and adequate which allows for sufficient time for effective Supply Chain planning and execution, the Supply Chain Specialist (Material Requisitioner) will be responsible for providing pertinent Contract information, Delivery Order or Amendment numbers, Defense Priority Rating System (DPAS)) rating, and/or Pre-Contractual Authorization (PCA) numbers as required and other contract flow down requirements as needed. This position may also at times require the individual to verify complete and accurate drawing numbers as required by the customer’s technical data package, inclusive of drawing revisions.
Not to exclude identifying configuration documentation including serial numbers as applicable, Engineering Change Notices, Notice of Revisions and Authorized Deviations, the Supply Chain Specialist will also need to provide pre-determined authorization to commit funds at set levels if special circumstances arise. This position also requires the ability to create/document/process purchase requisitions (PR) to support high volume, rapid transaction demands. The role may at times be responsible for government and company property tracking and control.
