The Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Finance Team in Andover, MA is seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Control Analyst to join the UAE Program Finance team in Raytheon’s Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) division. This position supports a number of high-visibility programs with significant growth potential, and is a great opportunity to develop multi-disciplined financial experience. The successful candidate will be a key contributor supporting the program office, finance team, and program leads for production and technical assistance programs. The senior analyst will support internal earned value reporting, estimate at complete (EAC) development, funding analysis, financial planning (sales forecasts, annual operating plans, and strategic planning), baseline development and change control, variance analysis, new business initiatives, internal reviews, and new business initiatives. In addition, this position will be actively involved in evaluating, and tracking risks and opportunities, and providing proactive support and analysis. The candidate must be able to analyze results, make informed recommendations, and collaborate and communicate clearly, and concisely with the program team.


Required Experience & Education:

  • 4+ years applicable work in program controls and earned value management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field preferred.

Required Skills:
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail and work quality.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access), particularly with modeling and data manipulation, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and interfacing with MS Access.
  • EVMS Certification
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and effectively communicate with program team leadership as well as senior leadership as applicable.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position may require an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

Desired Skills:
  • Previous experience or exposure to financial systems/packages such as: APEX earned value, Program Management Excellence tool (PMX), and EAC development in EDIT+.
  • Ability to create and maintain EV artifacts including Secondary Work Authorizations, Program Logs, Responsibility Accountability Matrix.
  • Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial guidance on Raytheon Policies and Procedures.
  • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a fixed price, multi-CLIN contract environment.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Experience with Risk and Opportunity analysis.
  • Knowledge of Inter-Organization Transfer (IOT) process and familiarity with IOT/TA tool.
