Ready to take the next step towards a Program Management? The Radar Test Contract (RTC) Program Management Office (PMO) has a great opportunity for a Program Integration, Controls and Coordination Lead (PICC) support for RTC, which encompasses two task orders. The PICC, working in conjunction with the Program/Deputy Program Manager, will be responsible for providing team leadership and coordination across RTC integrated product and / or cross product teams (IPT/CPT) as well as help ensure timely compliance with all customer reporting requirements and deliverables. In accordance with the organization and program goals, the PICC coordinates across IPT & CPT activities, establishes team performance monitoring and reporting rhythm, works in conjunction with team leads, scheduler, and CAMs to develop and present status as well as recovery plans when necessary, on program technical, cost, schedule, and risk and opportunities.
Specific responsibilities include:
•Development and maintenance of Program Management Plans, consistent with the program requirements and IDS policies
•Oversee execution of Program Management Plans to ensure compliance to support achievement of program objectives within schedule and budget
•Oversee performance assessment including measurement, collection, analysis, storage and work with Program/Deputy Program Managers on corrective action
•Identifying and implementing key program metrics and lead development of situational awareness charts that can be used as management tools by program leadership teams to drive program success
•Coordinate program reviews and action item follow-up
•Ensure timely and effective IDS Gate process compliance
•Ensure implementation of risk and opportunity management
•Coordinate with IDS subject matter experts to maximize use of best practice
•Implement and monitor an effective action item tracking system
Advanced degree or professional certification(s)
BS/BA in Engineering, Mathematics, science, or a related (STEM) technical field
