We are hiring a Project Director for a client in Groton, CT.

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

Experience with marine projects

Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignment to subordinate managers.

Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.

Develops, modifies, executes company polices that affect immediate operations

Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.

Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, and construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day basis.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + twelve years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including four years of leadership

Preferred Qualifications
