Job Summary
 
Assists the Facilities Functional Manager in support of planning, design and implementation and maintenance of facility management. Carries out all duties in accordance with DynCorp ISO 9001:2015 Quality and Safety Standards.
 
Principal Accountabilities
(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)
  • Accountable to the WRM Facilities Functional Manager in support of planning, design, implementation and maintenance of facility management.
  • Develops site analysis of facilities, which support the Company's objectives to the customer.
  • Provides Facilities support to business development pursuits to include RFP assessment as required.
  • Oversees the monitoring of building systems including mechanical, electrical and fire/life safety.
  • Performs Temporary Duty (TDY) within the AFCENT AOR as required by the WRM DPM/Facilities Functional Manager in support of taskings.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Superintendent/Supervisor.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient with SharePoint and database tool management concepts.
  • Proficient with Builder and database tool management concepts.
  • Data management and organization.
  • Ability to collect and analyze events, metrics, data, draw conclusions, and prepare comprehensive implementation plans and summary reports.
  • Strong understanding of US Government contracts and customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software with emphasis in SharePoint 2010/2013, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies and principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience & Education

  • Prior experience on US Air Force War Reserve Material (WRM) Facilities Maintenance program.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a combination of knowledge management, remote field operations, program planning and/or development on government contracts or programs.
  • Seven to nine years of related DOD and/or Civilian operations management environment experience.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

  • Works in normal office environment.
  • Ability to work at computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to work various shifts which may include evening and weekend hours.
  • Living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
  • Long hours, possible exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
  • Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
  • Must be willing to travel within WRM Area of Responsibility (Oman, Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, and the US) as required.
