    Job Description: The Corporate and Channel Relations Administrator reports to the Corporate and Channel Relations Manager. The position assists the Corporate and Channel Relations Manager in supporting the needs of the Business Development Leadership Team. This role interfaces with Corporate counterparts and works across multiple functional areas. The primary duties will be to ensure effective and timely execution of administrative duties related to Missile System’s Reps and Consultants Process.

    Major Responsibilities Include:
    Assist the Corporate and Channel Relations Manager in supporting both the core business development function and Product Line Business Development Executives by providing monthly, quarterly and annual metrics to support RMS growth plans
    Support monthly pipeline analysis to all key constituents to include appropriate financial, NBI, and EC profiles related to the Reps and Consultants process
    Administers International/Domestic reps/consultant contracts
    Monitor all BD consultant budgets for over-runs
    Administer consultant invoicing for prompt receipt and payment
    Perform due diligence investigations and reports
    Provide performance metrics for RMS consultants and representatives
    Other tasks as determined by the needs of the business

    Required Skills:
    ? Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the domestic/international aerospace and defense market or equivalent
    ? Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance
    ? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and internet resources
    ? A working knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and portfolio management

    Desired Skills
    Entry level understanding of Raytheon products and markets, technical roadmaps and business operations
    Entry level understanding of the Raytheon organization and the Reps and Consultants process
    Strong intrapersonal skills for developing effective internal and external relationships
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to produce superior quality work in a timely fashion while simultaneously managing numerous projects
    Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

    Required Education: Associates degree or higher in related field
