Technical support working closely with Project Managers and Project Director.
Contributing to environmental projects and business growth in Singapore, SE Asia, and Asia (depending project opportunities) on technical aspects of one or more of the following: Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Due Diligence, Remediation Consulting/Engineering, Quantitative Risk Assessment, Pollution Control Study, Environmentally Sustainable Design, etc. Ability to work on a combination of these services will be highly regarded
Coordinate and face the client to handle the financial aspects of the project and to ensure that the estimated budget is adequately tracked and suitable for the project team
Serve as technical project manager for major EIA projects. Review and provide directions to the EIA team to develop a high quality output for EIA in a timely manner adhering to all quality standards followed by AECOM
Be responsible for the report, defend the report with multinational clients and Government agencies
Participate in key activities such as development of environmental practice area with leads in each major country/region; monthly management meetings, technical knowledge transfer sessions and coordination of technical conference participation
Minimum 6-7 years of experience in EIAs, ideally working in a major infrastructure and manufacturing/ chemical process industries
Knowledge of environmental impact assessment methods, environmental monitoring procedures and protocols, environmental audit protocols, environmental site assessment methods and protocols
Candidates with graphic skills such as CAD, GIS, Photoshop, will be highly regarded
Candidates with proven project management ability will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of local environmental codes, laws and regulations
Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
Track record of winning work, business development and delivering significant value and successful project outcomes
Knowledge of air/ noise predictive modeling methods
