AECOM has an opportunity for a highly qualified Portfolio Manager to work closely with information owners, HQ USINDOPACOM Directorates, Systems Staff, Network Staff and Cybersecurity staff to ensure system/application operations and security is achieved, maintained and reported accurately for HQ USINDOPACOM networks.

This position is for a four month project in support of the USINDOPACOM Command, Control, Communications, and Cyber Directorate (J6) at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii.

The candidate for this position shall provide Portfolio Management subject matter expertise using industry standards and ITIL disciplines in support of USINDOPACOM missions and capabilities. This position shall maintain and provide guidance to supporting Commands on USINDOPACOM portfolio policies, processes, procedures and resources to enable management; and regulation of the USINDOPACOM Portfolio.

Specific Tasks:

Maintain the USINDOPACOM Portfolio Data via USINDOPACOM System of Record and Information Resource Management (IRM) processes and procedures documentation.

Facilitate creation of Information Service Domain (ISD) and Information Assurance Domain (IAD) data within the automated Portfolio Management System of Record in accordance with USINDOPACOM Chief Information Officer (CIO) guidance.

Collect, document and validate Information System/Service Description Document (ISSDD) in accordance with USINDOPACOM PM Instruction or current policy.

Facilitate Information Resource Management Board (IRMB) in accordance with the current HQ USINDOPACOM IRMB Charter. Prepare supporting documentation, to include meeting agendas, presentation slides, and meeting minutes.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested

Minimum Requirements

    Must have a Bachelorâ??s Degree (or equivalent work experience).

    At least 5 years of experience.

    At least 2 yrs experience with IT system, preferably DoD systems, using the ITIL best practices.

    Experience using current Microsoft Office.

    IAW DoD 8570.01-M, must meet IAM I certification minimum qualifications.

    Due to the nature of the work, must be a U.S. citizen

    Must have an active Secret security clearance.
