Job Title: Program Manager

Overview / Job Responsibilities:

The Program Manager (PM) will lead a geographically-dispersed technical team of business analysts, business process reengineering specialists, systems architects, systems analysts, and SAP ERP subject matter experts providing functional support to the USAFMCOM. The PM directly supervises staff located in Arlington, VA and Indianapolis, IN and is fully accountable for the performance of the work. The PM is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific tasks and initiatives ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage employees and their performance.
Maintain a stable workforce. Ensure no more than 5 positions are vacant at any given time nor any one position is vacant for greater than 30 consecutive days.
Assist government in performance/task monitoring.
Develop and maintain a customer-focused culture that delivers high quality performance.
Ensure all personnel meet or exceed PWS qualification requirements.
Coordinate weekly and monthly customer meetings.
Respond to Contracting Officer and Contracting Officerâ??s Representative inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform timely corrective action for identified contract discrepancies.
Ensure the monthly delivery of high-quality and timely deliverable submissions to the customer.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related area
PMP or equivalent certification
5 years of managerial experience - managing teams in process improvement or process execution
5 years of experience supporting DoD customers

Desired Qualifications:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience managing a geographically-dispersed technical team
5 years of experience managing a team of 50+ technical personnel
