Job Description
Perform analysis and reporting of program planning data for Missile Systems, Program Management Excellence Organization’s Program Planning & Scheduling function in Tucson, Arizona. Duties include supporting a diverse group of senior managers, engineers and functional personnel in the development of program plans and schedules.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and use of Information Technology
  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Business Administration, Finance or related degree
  • U.S. Citizenship is required

Desired Skills:
  • Awareness of project management business systems and related planning software (e.g., MS Project)
  • Awareness of planning products built in planning process (i.e., IMP, IMS, Product Breakdown Structures (PBS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS))
  • Awareness of IMS Network Analysis and Critical Path Management (CPM) Methodologies
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Basic skills in project planning, business management, budgeting, data analysis, and reporting
  • Coursework that includes Statistical Methods and Analysis
This position requires the eligibility to obtain a security clearance. Non-US citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Security clearance factors include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the US, foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and drug involvement. Employment is contingent on other factors, including, but not limited to, background checks and drug screens.
