This position is responsible for supporting multi-disciplined teams at Polish subcontractors to ensure execution on international manufacturing operations for the PATRIOT Poland contract. This role includes the participation in all phases of program execution from planning, transition to production, execution to close-out. The duties of this role also include, but are not limited to:

  • Management and coordination of manufacturing resources to support multiple OCONUS subcontractors
  • Participation in program planning and working across the program and multiple function areas
  • Presenting to the customer, Sr. Director and VP levels representing his/her IPT teams and operations performance
  • Managing the coordination of program schedules with ISC, Subcontract Managers, Engineering, Mission Assurance, and other CBTs.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Resides in Country (Poland)
  • Support the program teams with emphasis on assessing subcontractor's execution to cost, schedule, quality, safety and hardware performance to specification.
  • Utilize Raytheon Six Sigma/LEAN to drive a continuous improvement culture and initiatives in support of international manufacturing operations.
  • Provides leadership accountability and responsibility for establishing operations best practices and lessons learned.
  • Actively drive growth within operations and for the overall business by creating competitive solutions.

Required Skills:
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience
  • Demonstrated Leadership Experience
  • Knowledge of Development and Production Support
  • Demonstrated Cost, Schedule and Technical Management experience
  • Security Clearance: Secret
Desired Skills:
  • Fluent in Polish language (speak, read, and write)
  • International Operations / Engineering experience
  • Direct experience and production of complex IAMD systems or equivalent
  • Six Sigma / Lean / DFMAs experience
  • Certified to verify Manufacturing Data Package (MDP) & Technical Data Package (TDP) compliance
  • Development and maintenance of MDP experience
  • First Article Inspection (FAI) experience
  • Strong presence and influence ability
  • Strong written and oral skills
  • Strong inter-personal skills for teamwork and customer relationships.
  • MBA or Master's Degree in relevant field preferred
Required Education (including Major):
  • BS or BA in Engineering, Business or Mathematics, or related field.
This position can be a G09 or G10 based on the candidate’s qualifications as they related to the skills and responsibilities required for the position.
