This position is responsible to guide and assume responsibility for the financial aspects of our Weapons product line in the Resilient Navigation (R-NAV) finance team. This team member will be responsible for continuing to develop the finance org within this product area, managing a combination of production, development and large intercompany programs. This position is a finance stakeholder position and will be responsible for organizational direction, partnering in a COO capacity with the Director, Program Managers and functional team, managing existing programs that will be used to grow the business and exhibiting functional independence to ensure good business acumen and analysis is in the product line. This consists of personal involvement as well as being a valued business partner in the effective implementation of the contracts, providing both internal and external financial planning, cost analysis, status reporting and program management and customer interface and support. This includes AOP and Five Year Financial Forecast generation and reporting, and monthly status to forecast and plan. This lead will also have the opportunity to work closely with IPTLs and CAMs for Earned Value Management (EVMS) including: baseline generation, maintenance, Estimate at Complete (EAC) generation, proactive analysis, data review and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. As part of this role, this team member must be able to interpret and ensure implementation of Raytheon Financial Policies and Procedures to program personnel in the daily supervision of their finance staff. You will work in frequent collaboration with others. Relationship building is key for this role.

Required Skills:
•Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Accounting, Finance Management, Business Management or Related Field
•Excellent desktop computer skills, particularly in the use of MS Office (Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint).
•Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and resources; and autonomously create and accurately analyze cost data
•Experience encouraging change and influencing beyond authority. Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in proposal development and implementation.
•Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries for internal/external dissemination
•U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date.
•U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Desired Skills:
•Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) with external EVMS reporting
•Experience in organizing, preparing and presenting briefings to Customers, Management and peers
•Experience with and knowledge of SAP APEX EV and wInsight
•Experience in DoD or Aerospace industry
•Ability to obtain a clearance

Required Education (including Major):
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
•Master’s Degree preferred
