Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced transportation Roadway Project Manager to join their surface transportation group in Orlando, Florida.

The appropriately qualified applicant will be able to demonstrate an established career in the transportation highway and bridge industry and have a successful track record of major transportation roadway design engineering projects. The position also requires the ability to lead roadway engineering design teams to successfully execute and deliver projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the Department Manager and senior management on development and execution of design projects

  • Establish relationships with both external and internal clients and customers, including industry associations and other potential consultant team members and construction contractors

  • Demonstrated expertise in the area of managing and preparing transportation design projects

  • Proven track record with large client account management, project pursuit execution, and engineering/planning staff development

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • 8 plus years of experience including large-scale civil engineering transportation projects

  • Must possess a valid driver's license

  • Experience with large design/build financial reporting systems

  • Client relationship experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Florida PE required or ability to receive

  • FDOT major transportation interstate projects
