Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Landscape Architect Designer for immediate employment in the Chelmsford, MA office. Our design practice provides a small studio feel with the resources and exposure available to us by being part of a multidisciplinary office including urban design, civil/site engineering, environmental remediation, architecture, and planning. While our group is based in Chelmsford, we support the northeast region, including our office in Boston.

  • Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.

  • Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.

  • Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.

  • Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.

  • Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.

  • May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

  • May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 plus years of experience

  • Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline
