Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services (IIS) C2 Space and Intelligence Systems (CSI) Business area is currently seeking a Deputy System Engineering Lead (SEL) for the Radiance Program. The program is following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology for developing their products. The Deputy SEL needs to be very familiar with agile development, and certification with SAFe is a plus. They are responsible for leading the SE team to develop and groom the program backlog from customer and customer community inputs. The Deputy SEL is also the Control Account Manager (CAM) for all system engineering scope on the Radiance Program, and will either be certified with Earned Value or able to become certified in 90 days.

Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance
A bonus of "up to" $40,000.00 is offered to hired applicants with Active TS/SCI, or higher, clearances

Required Skills:
• Demonstrated engineering/leadership experience with proven track record
• Strong understanding of agile development approach
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve complex situations
• Experience working in a multi-discipline environment
• Earned Value certification or ability to become certified in 90 days
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools

Desired Skills:
• Experience as Agile Scrum-master or Product Owner
• Experience and certification with SAFe
• Experienced Control Account Manager
• Six sigma certified
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Required Education:
8 years experience with a BS in Science, Technology, Engineering; or 6 years experience with a MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math
