Job Summary

  • Develops actionable insights and quality deliverables in support of strategic priorities, such as pipeline, Business Development ROI, and predictive analytics for business lines.

  • Conducts internal and external research and analysis to develop actionable recommendations

  • Drives data governance , proactively identifying and addressing data gaps, training needs, and user experience issues

  • Participates in training, communications, and engagement with business line users of the systems to facilitate high quality data, user self-sufficiency, and to meet higher level analytical needs of the business lines

  • Assesses operational and financial practices of core business lines and practice areas and their role in supporting implementation of strategic plans, and develop actionable recommendations

  • Provides strategic input into mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures

  • Builds credible subject matter expertise and personal brand

  • Establishes excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive leadership team.

  • Understands the structure of the organization to interact with internal partners

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Demonstrated experience in research and analysis, strategic planning, and financial analysis or proven initiative to learn the requisite skills for success

  • Comfort level with basic corporate financial statements and financial metrics

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and communications skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment

  • Proven ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo

  • Passion for business and desire to develop into a strong business leader

  • Self-starter who takes the initiative to think creatively about how to solve problems, do things more efficiently, and act on those ideas

  • High comfort level with MS Office, including advanced fluency in Excel; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
