Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a CM Director. The firm’s proposed full time Program Director (Key Personnel lead for Program Management Services) responsibilities include:

  • Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.

  • May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization.

  • Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.

  • Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies.

  • Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization.

  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends.

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS + 12 years of related construction experience including a minimum of 4 years of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Required to have at least 5 years’ experience managing design, construction and project teams in New York City and one of the following credential qualifications:

o Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.); or

o Registered Architect (RA or AIA); or

o Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
