Job Summary

As a member of AECOM Construction Service’s marketing team, you will need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where clear and precise communication is critical to the continued growth of the business. As a Sr. Marketing Coordinator, you will be on the front lines of this endeavor, helping to secure the new business projects that make up the lifeblood of our company. You must be meticulous, collaborative, a quick learner, a multi-tasker, passionate about communication, and someone who lives for the thrill of the chase. You should also be eager to wear many different hats and support the team at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Executives in each practice area (commercial, residential, cultural, etc.) to develop and lead proposals for prospective projects.

  • Manage overall proposal process from start to finish, including: lead kick-off meetings, develop win strategy, oversee design and graphics, coordinate reviews (legal, insurance, and other compliance elements) oversee production and delivery of final product, oversee interview preparations for proposed project team.

  • Strategic positioning in assigned sectors/regions.

  • Develop and update marketing collateral such as brochures and advertisements.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide strategic, marketing and branding policies, objectives and initiatives.

  • Developing or overseeing development of graphics and charts, including infographics.

  • Writing and editing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Understanding of the A/E/C industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing related subject.

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills. Must be proficient, persuasive writer, positioning our offering in the most effective manner possible.

  • Ability to thrive in deadline-oriented environment and manage up.

  • Impeccable attention to detail balanced by an equally strong view of the larger objective.

  • Demonstrated success in writing and managing proposals.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • BA/BS + four years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
