Primary Location:  Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities: ManTech is seeking a customer support analyst with in our State Department Account. This individual will be a part of a dynamic team providing quality support to our customer’s end users. Specific responsibilities will include documentation, training, and help desk support.  The successful candidate is one who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and interacts effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Documentation support:
    • Experience writing technical documentation.
    • Fluent in MS Office suite.
    • In·depth experience with word processing, presentation, and spread sheets.
  • Training:
    • Experience creating and tailoring training programs that arc reflective of business processes, key terminology, and the unique end user tasks in the organi7.ation.
    • Experience conducting training sessions that include demonstrations, participant interactivity, reinforcement discussions and hands-on exercises.
  • Help Desk:
    • Serves as the first point of contact for IT end-users.
    • Interact effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve issues, and responds to queries and service requests that originate by the IT Service Ticketing system, telephone, email, or other methods.
    • Highly knowledgeable of IT operations, platforms, functions and terminology.
    • Demonstrated mastery of desktop systems and/or various software applications and concepts;
    • Possesses a solid understanding of IT hardware; proficient in networking services, to include Active Directory and software installation; Ability to enter detailed information in the trouble ticketing system while interacting with customers telephonically.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT, engineering, or
  • 1-3 years IT experience

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
