Responsibilities: ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Lead Engineer/Architect to lead a team of engineers and architects for a large DHS agency. The work is high profile and critical to our nations’ security. The Lead Engineer/Architect provides all the necessary technical expertise and guidance to architect and design agency enterprise solutions. This position ensures effective execution of all architecture tasks with the agency assigned projects. The position is also responsible for providing thought leadership for our clients while providing technical oversight for solution deployment engagements. The position performs a critical role in understanding the clients’ strategic and programmatic needs, proposing effective solutions, and consistently providing high-level customer service. The position will be part of Program leadership and will regularly interface with client leadership and ManTech senior leadership. Detailed responsibilities include:
