Primary Location:  Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities: ManTech is seeking a customer support analyst with in our State Department Account. This individual will be a part of a dynamic team providing quality support to our customer’s end users. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for tracking and controlling inventory IT assets
  • Receives shipment of new IT device assets
  • Record new assets in DoS inventory system along with the application of a barcode label on hardware equipment, mobile devices, and laptops
  • Conduct mobile device annual inventory recall/reconciliation
  • Conduct physical desktop IT inventory
  • Execute required custodial paperwork for each desktop and mobile device
  • Provide inventory reports and queries for the location and availability of IT equipment
  • Maintain a secure storage room of unassigned IT assets
  • Maintain the structure and reporting capabilities for the inventory asset records repositories
  • Maintain inventory tracking systems to ensure the reliability of accurate reporting
  • Adherence to inventory tracking and reporting procedures
  • Coordinate warranty repairs for damaged equipment
  • Provide onsite customer support for the office suite, O365, G-suite and Sharepoint
  • Configure and encrypt windows laptops


The successful candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable of IT operations, platforms, functions and terminology.
  • Demonstrated mastery of desktop systems and/or various software applications and concepts;

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT, engineering, or
  • 1-3 years IT experience

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Active Secret or Interim Secret Clearance
